Whitmer Asks Supreme Court To Return Her Unilateral Governance Until Oct. 30
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer filed a motion Monday with the Michigan Supreme Court asking that her executive orders remain in effect until Oct. 30.
Whitmer’s press release stated, “Ensuring this transition period will allow the governor, local health departments, and the Michigan Legislature to work together to put protections in place that will keep Michiganders safe and protect our economy.”
