The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services released several recommendations for Halloween.
One is for people to go trick-or-treating only with people they live with. Another one is to make sure trick-or-treaters participate in “one way” trick-or-treating, meaning they always stay to the right side of the street wherever they are walking.
