Half Of Michigan's 16-And-Above Population Vaccinated
In the state of Michigan, 50% of the population who are age 16-and-above had received at least one dose of a COVID vaccine as of April 30.
There have been 4,044,710 people vaccinated out of the estimated 8,096,917 16-and-over population, according to state data.
Michigan has seen 6.9 million doses of the vaccine administered, as of May 1.
During the week of April 24 there were 553,505 vaccinations administered, marking the sixth consecutive week of more than 500,000 people getting the shot in Michigan.
